Current use
SearchLink is an operational coordination tool in active development. Authorized organizations remain responsible for incident command, responder safety, legal authority, data entered into the platform and decisions made during an incident.
Access
Staff access is limited to approved accounts. Responder and observer access is incident-specific and may be denied or revoked. Possession of a link does not guarantee approval or authority to participate.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse access, upload unlawful material, disclose confidential incident information without authorization, interfere with the service or use location information for unrelated monitoring.
Future agreement
A complete versioned agreement, participation terms and acceptance workflow remain on the legal-review roadmap.
